Items delivered to an address within New York State are subject to the designated State + County sales tax rate, which is calculated in the checkout.

This is our ecomony shipping for low-priced items (under $12). The decals are sent in a white, letter-sized envelope in the regular mail with a postage stamp.
There is NO tracking available for this service!

*** Allow additional time when the package is in transit during a Federal Holiday. Most carriers do not deliver on Federal Holidays.
USPS is a slow, unreliable shipping service. Please keep this in mind when making the shipping selection. Delays may occur.
Please make note that there is the potential for packages to be delayed. In some cases, the delays can be extreme (over 1 month). While some packages are going right through, others are taking 1-2 MONTHS to arrive.
On several occasions, we stopped shipping to Canada, but due to a high number of requests, we decided to resume shipping. If the package is delayed, there is no customer service we can offer other than to advise to wait.
We use the United States Postal Service as our preferred International carrier. Once the package passes through Customs, it is handed off to Canada Post for the final delivery.The customer (recipient) is responsible for all taxes and duties on the package.
Customers (recipients) who refuse to pay their taxes/duties or otherwise cause the package to bounce back to us will have the round-trip shipping cost deducted from a refund amount (in addition to a 25% return fee).
At this time, we are not accepting International orders due to unreliable and slow transit.
Most items are small enough to be shipped in a bubble-pack envelope.
Larger items are shipped in a box.
If USPS is the selected carrier, this will be delivered in your mailbox in with the regular mail. Please be on the lookout to ensure this is not overlooked or mistaken to be junk mail.
If UPS is the carrier selected at checkout, this will be left where UPS typically leaves your packages.
Undeliverable Mail
Packages that come back to us undeliverable (for any reason at all), or packages that are refused by the customer will have the round-trip shipping cost deducted from their refund amount (in addition to the 25% return fee). Be sure you are supplying us with the correct mailing address. Reflective Concepts is not responsible for any fees involved in reshipping an item or the return of an item that has an insufficient; otherwise invalid mailing address or for any other reason.
International customers who refuse to pay their taxes/duties or otherwise cause the package to bounce back to us (see invalid address note above) will have the round-trip shipping cost deducted from their refund amount (in addition to the 25% return fee).
Damaged Items
Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery for any potential en route damage.
For any orders that arrive damaged, please contact us with pictures of the damage and for information about exchanging your order. All damage claims should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds are allowed on damaged orders - exchange/replacements of the identical product(s) only.
