It's missing a letter in the hemi it was jist not there other then that they are great thats why this is the 2nd time I bought them the 1st time I had a few air bubbles that's why I ordered them again very annoyed it was missing but good product
The 'HEMI' overlays are provided as a set of 3 (3 of each letter), so if it is claimed that only 1 was missing, that means there were still 2 in there (the one additional is an extra). When we packaged these, there were no letters missing, so we recommend checking around where the package was opened to ensure it didn't drop out somewhere.

Shipping to Canada was under week. They have instructions for each type of sticker, not just generic instructions. The stickers are perfect, easy to install and durable!!! The customer service was also mint, kind and helpful and quick turnaround.
